Detox Super Greens Juice: 1 cup kale, 2 stalks Celery, 2 carrots, 1 apple, handful of basil, squeeze of lemon. Juice and enjoy.
Easy Detox Recipe: Carrot-Ginger Soup
Sautee 6 chopped carrots and 1/2 a chopped onion in a bit of olive oil. Add 1 tbsp grated ginger, a dash of salt and 2 cups of water and simmer until carrots are soft. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender or food processor and add a splash of almond milk for a creamier consistency. Garnish with dill. Voila!
